At Lydia-Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
